The usage method of ZDB10V superimposed relief valve is as follows:


Preparation before installation:

Ensure the system is clean: The system must be thoroughly cleaned before installation to prevent impurities from entering the valve and affecting performance.

Make sure the mounting surface and oil port are clean: there should be no contaminants on the mounting surface and oil port to ensure tightness.

Choose the installation location: The valve adopts a stacked design and can be installed directly on the bottom plate of the reversing valve or other hydraulic valves, saving space and simplifying the pipeline.

Installation steps:

Correct stacking installation: stack the valve in the correct direction on the valve block or base plate interface that complies with ISO 4401 standards.

Tighten the mounting screws evenly: Tighten the mounting screws evenly using the specified torque to ensure a secure connection.

Pay attention to the direction of the oil port: ensure that the oil inlet (P) and oil return port (T) are correctly connected to avoid oil circuit errors.

Pressure regulation:

Use the adjusting screw to set the pressure: Set the required maximum working pressure of the system by rotating the adjusting screw on the valve.

It is recommended to use a pressure gauge for calibration: use a pressure gauge for calibration during adjustment to ensure accurate pressure setting.

Slowly adjust to the target value: Slowly adjust the pressure during system operation to avoid sudden pressure changes that may impact the system.

System operation and monitoring:

Check after starting the system: After starting the system, check whether the set pressure is stable and observe whether there are any abnormal leaks or noises.

Regularly check the pressure setting value: During use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the pressure setting value is accurate to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Observe leakage phenomena: Regularly observe whether there is leakage in the valve body, and promptly detect and deal with leakage problems.

Maintenance and care:

Regular maintenance: According to the product maintenance cycle, regularly inspect and replace seals and other wearing parts.

Disassembly after the system is depressurized: If disassembly and maintenance are required, be sure to do it after the system is completely depressurized to ensure safe operation.

Replace with clean parts: When replacing parts such as seals, use clean parts to prevent contaminants from entering the valve.

Precautions for use:

Over-pressure or over-temperature operation is strictly prohibited: Strictly use the product in accordance with the rated parameters. Over-pressure or over-temperature operation is not allowed to avoid damage to the valve body.

Select the appropriate working medium: Select the appropriate working medium according to the product requirements, such as mineral-based hydraulic oil or synthetic fluid with similar characteristics.

Control the oil temperature: Ensure that the oil temperature is within the specified range (-20°C to 80°C) to avoid excessively high or low temperatures affecting the performance of the valve.
