If there are impurities in the hydraulic system, it will affect the life of the reversing valve and even cause damage.
Liquid level inspection: Pay attention to the inspection and control of the liquid level. When the working liquid level of the reversing valve exceeds the tolerance or the remaining amount reaches the standard, technicians need to be notified for maintenance to avoid potential failures caused by poor liquid level.
Back pressure valve setting: For the initial neutral slide valve function, when the internal control type is used for the electro-hydraulic directional valve (such as M type, H type, K type, etc.) to unload the hydraulic pump, a back pressure valve with an opening pressure above 1Mpa should be installed on the return line of the main valve to ensure the reversing action of the main valve core.
Electrical connection:
Pay attention to the quality of electrical wiring. Once there is a problem with the wiring, it may affect the normal operation and operation of the entire system.
In order to avoid electrical problems or malfunctions, it is necessary to indicate the wiring sequence of the reversing valve and keep the wire ends clean.

Daily use and maintenance:
If any spool-type electro-hydraulic reversing valve remains in the reversing state under pressure for a long time, it may cause dirt or hydraulic clamping due to the formation of liquid deposits, making the valve core difficult to move. Therefore, pay attention to the oil contamination and filtration conditions, and regularly reverse the direction to clean the valve core and valve body.
If the working fluid used is not mineral oil, a valve type that can meet the requirements should be selected, and the temperature of the working fluid should be paid attention to. Generally speaking, the working temperature range of mineral oil is -20~80℃, and the working temperature range of aqueous liquid is 10~54℃. Except for aqueous liquid, the normal oil temperature is 65℃.
The oil drain port cannot be connected to a pipeline that will generate impact pressure. The end of the return tank pipeline must be inserted into the oil to prevent impact pressure.
