Y2EH solenoid relief valve is a control component widely used in hydraulic systems. It has the functions of power-on unloading and power-off loading. The following is a detailed introduction to its characteristics, working principles, technical parameters and application scenarios:

1. Product Features

Power-on unloading, power-off loading, power-off loading: the mud-resistance hole passage of the overflow valve is connected, oil flows back to the oil tank, valve core moves upward, oil flows directly back to the oil tank, unloading is achieved.

When power is cut off: the mud-resistance hole is closed, the valve core cannot be fully opened, the main oil circuit generates resistance, and the system establishes pressure.

The high pressure and high flow support pressure levels cover 2.5MPa to 63MPa, with a wide flow range, and are suitable for hydraulic systems with high load and large flow.

The installation method flexibly supports three installation methods: plate, tube and plug-in, to meet different spatial layout needs.

The adjustment and protection function provides a variety of pressure adjustment methods such as adjustment handles, lock adjustment handles and adjustment bolts with protective covers to ensure stable system pressure.

When used as a safety valve, it can prevent the system from being overloaded and protect the hydraulic components.

3. Working principle

Pressure control uses spring pressure to adjust hydraulic oil pressure. When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core is pressed by a spring and the oil flows normally; when the pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core is lifted up and the oil flows back to the oil tank through the overflow port to prevent the system from overloading.

When the electromagnetically controlled solenoid reversing valve is powered on, the oil circuit switch is controlled to enable the relief valve to connect the mud-resistance hole passage to realize unloading; when the power is cut off, the mud-resistance hole is closed and the system returns to the loading state.

IV. Application scenarios

Construction machinery is used in hydraulic systems for excavators, loaders and other equipment to protect hydraulic components from overload damage.

In the hydraulic system of agricultural machinery tractors, seeders and other equipment, ensure the stability of the system pressure and improve the reliability of the equipment.

Pressure regulation and safety protection are achieved in industrial hydraulic systems such as oil pump stations, hydraulic tables, hydraulic machine tools.
