Y2-H Series Relief Valve

The Y2-H series relief valve is a pilot operated core component used for pressure control in hydraulic systems. Some derivative models integrate electromagnetic directional valve functions, which can simultaneously achieve multiple functions such as system safety relief, remote pressure regulation, and automatic unloading. Product Core Overview

The Y2-H series overflow valve adopts a pilot control structure, which drives the main valve core to move through the pilot valve. It has the characteristics of stable pressure control, fast response speed, and large flow capacity, which can effectively prevent system pressure overload and protect hydraulic circuits and actuating components from damage.

This series includes two main branches: ordinary pilot relief valves and electromagnetic relief valves, covering multiple variant sub series such as Y2-Ha, Y2-Hb, Y2-Hc, Y2-Hd, etc. The diameter specifications cover 10mm, 20mm, 32mm, and are suitable for hydraulic systems with different flow levels.

Core General Technical Parameters

The nominal pressure can reach 31.5MPa, suitable for mineral oil or synthetic hydraulic oil with similar lubrication characteristics as the working medium.

The allowable working oil temperature range is -20 ℃~80 ℃, and the suitable oil viscosity range is 15~400mm ²/s.

The installation form is standard plate connection, which complies with the industry's general installation specifications. The valve body material is mostly cast iron or steel, with high structural strength.

Electromagnets can be equipped with commonly used industrial voltages such as AC 220V and DC 24V, which are suitable for different electrical control system requirements.
