The 4WE6 high-pressure electromagnetic reversing valve is the core direction control component in the hydraulic system. Its core function is to realize the switching, on-off control and reversal function of liquid flow through electromagnet control, thereby driving hydraulic actuators (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors) to complete precise actions. 1. Core role

Flow direction switching and on-off control

By energizing or de-energizing the electromagnet, the valve core is driven to move in the valve body and the liquid flow path is changed. For example:

Switch the liquid from the oil inlet port (P port) to the working oil port (A port or B port) to drive the hydraulic cylinder to extend or retract;

Blocks the flow of oil (neutral function) to keep the hydraulic cylinder in a static or locked position.

In a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, the reciprocating motion of the piston (such as telescopic, lifting, rotating, etc.) is achieved by alternately switching the energized state of the electromagnet.

System security protection

When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the electromagnetic reversing valve can automatically open the overflow channel to prevent equipment damage caused by excessive pressure and ensure safe operation of the system.

Automated operation and sequence control

As the 'brain' of the hydraulic system, the electromagnetic reversing valve can cooperate with other hydraulic components (such as pressure valves and flow valves) to realize the sequential action of multiple hydraulic cylinders. For example:

High voltage adaptability

The rated working pressure is as high as 31.5MPa (some models can reach 25MPa), and can be adapted to medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems to meet the needs of heavy-load scenarios such as construction machinery and metallurgical equipment.

Fast response and high reliability

The reversal time only takes tens of milliseconds and supports high-frequency switching (some models have a reversal frequency of more than millions of times), ensuring rapid movement of hydraulic actuators and improving system efficiency.

Wet electromagnet design is adopted to reduce mechanical wear and impact and extend service life; the internal slide valve assembly is equipped with a return spring, which automatically resets after power failure to ensure action reliability.

Compatibility and flexibility

It supports a variety of hydraulic media such as mineral oil, but must strictly meet the media viscosity and cleanliness requirements (such as NAS 1638 standard grade not less than 9).

Provides a variety of neutral functions (such as O-type, H-type, Y-type). By replacing the valve core or selecting a different model, the hydraulic circuit can meet the needs of locking, free movement or slow pressure release.

An optional concealed manual override device can be used to manually operate the spool displacement during power outage or debugging, without the need for additional tools, improving flexibility.

Diversification of electrical parameters

The coil power supply voltage supports DC 12V, 24V, AC 110V, 220V, etc., adapting to the needs of different industrial control systems.

The protection level reaches IP65, which effectively resists dust and water spray, and can operate stably in conventional industrial environments.

Control the mold opening and closing and ejection mechanism actions of the injection molding machine;
