The following key things should be paid attention to when using the double-head solenoid solenoid valve (double solenoid valve) to ensure its normal operation and avoid failure:

The axis of the solenoid reversing valve must be installed in a horizontal direction to avoid vertical installation causing abnormal reversal or resetting of the valve core or armature due to gravity.

The surface of the installation base plate needs to be ground and meet the flatness requirements to avoid oil leakage due to uneven installation surfaces.

Ensure that there is enough space at both ends of the installation position for easy manual operation or replacement of the solenoid.

The electrical connection and control power parameters (voltage, current type) must match the solenoid valve, otherwise it may cause the solenoid to fail to work properly or burn the solenoid.

The dual solenoid cannot be energized at the same time. It is necessary to achieve action interlocking through the design of the electronic control system to avoid the valve core position being unfixed or the coil burning.

Check the electrical connection status regularly to prevent failure caused by loosening or poor contact.

The hydraulic system is matched with a reversing valve with the appropriate diameter according to the system flow rate. If the diameter is greater than 10mm, it is recommended to use a hydraulic or electro-hydraulic reversing valve.

Ensure that the system working pressure and flow rate do not exceed the valve rating and avoid poor operation or damage.

The pressure of the oil return port T shall not exceed the allowable value (usually 6.3-7.0MPa), and a back pressure valve shall be installed if necessary.

The hydraulic oil must be properly filtered (filtration accuracy shall not be less than 30μm) to prevent impurities from getting stuck in the valve core.

The environment and media are required to avoid use in humid, high temperature, high pressure or corrosive gas environments. If necessary, gas controlled hydraulic reversing valves are used.

It is recommended to use YA-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil for hydraulic media, and the oil temperature is controlled within the range of 10~65℃.

Wet electromagnets need to prevent magnetic particles in the oil from adsorbing on the iron core, affecting the absorption and joining action.

Maintenance and inspection Regularly check the sealing performance and electrical connection status of the valve, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.

Valves used at low frequency must be switched every 30 days and a comprehensive inspection every six months.

The moisture must be fully removed during long-term storage to prevent the rubber material from deteriorating or rusting.

Before use, confirm the solenoid power supply type and rated voltage to avoid misconnection and damage to the equipment.

Check whether the slide valve function meets the system requirements to prevent normal operation due to mismatch of functions.

It is strictly forbidden to block the oil return port T, especially when the four-way valve is used as a three-way or two-way valve.
