The characteristics of 4WE6 high-pressure solenoid directional valve are as follows:
Structure and driving method
It adopts a direct-acting reversing slide valve structure and is driven by a wet AC or DC electromagnet. The inside of the electromagnet is fully enclosed and insulated, and the armature moves in the oil. This design significantly reduces mechanical wear, reduces impact, and improves heat dissipation efficiency, thereby extending the reliability and service life of the commutation and reset actions.
Flow capacity and pressure characteristics
The internal casting channel design effectively reduces pressure loss, and the flow capacity can reach 80L/min, which is nearly twice that of domestic valves of the same diameter.
The nominal pressure range covers 25MPa to 350bar, which can adapt to high-pressure working conditions and ensure stable operation in harsh environments.
Control functions and slide valve functions
It supports a variety of spool valve function configurations such as three-position four-way, two-position four-way or two-position three-way, and provides 53 standard function options to meet the diverse control needs of complex hydraulic systems.
When the electromagnet is energized, it pushes the valve core to switch the oil circuit. After the power is turned off, the return spring automatically returns to the neutral position, achieving accurate control of liquid on-off, reversal and flow distribution.
Installation and electrical connection flexibility
It adopts a plate connection design and is compatible with the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 standard oil port mounting surface. It is optional with or without positioning holes to simplify the installation process.
Electrical connections support centralized or individual configuration. The coil can be rotated 90° to adapt to different spatial layouts, and the coil can be replaced without draining oil, improving maintenance efficiency.
Safety and emergency functions
Equipped with a manual emergency operating device, which can mechanically control the valve core movement when the electromagnet fails to ensure system safety.
Some models adopt the 'power-on-on' safety logic, which automatically opens and unloads when the power is off, in line with the fail-safe principle.
Environmental adaptability
The protection level reaches IP65. Combined with the electromagnetic shielding design, it can withstand strong electromagnetic interference, high temperature and oily environments. It is suitable for industrial fields such as electric power, metallurgy, and mining.
Modularity and compatibility
The modular structure allows quick replacement of coil or valve core components, reducing downtime and maintenance time.
It can be seamlessly integrated with protection circuits such as AST/OPC and used as a pilot valve to operate large-diameter hydraulic valves to achieve accurate control of high-power systems.
