Heavy-duty design and high voltage resistance
The 4WE10 series adopts a heavy-duty design, with a larger valve core diameter, a working flow of up to 320L/min, a rated pressure of 31MPa, and a pressure of 35MPa. It is suitable for heavy-duty machinery and equipment such as ships and injection molding machines. Its structure is standardized, durable and reliable, and complies with DIN24340 and ISO 4401 standards to ensure stable operation in high-pressure environments.
The principle of combining direct action and pilot type
Direct-acting type: When the power is on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force and directly lifts the closing member to open the valve; when the power is off, the spring presses back the closing member to close the valve. It is suitable for small diameter, low pressure or vacuum conditions, with fast response speed, short action time and high opening and closing frequency.
Pilot type: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, forming a pressure difference to push the closing member of the main valve to move; when the power is turned off, the spring force or medium pressure pushes the closing member to reset. It is suitable for high pressure difference or large flow scenarios. It has small size and low power, but it needs to meet the fluid pressure difference conditions.
Step-by-step direct-acting type: Combining direct-acting and pilot principles, the electromagnetic force directly lifts the pilot small valve and the main valve closing member when there is no pressure difference; when there is a pressure difference, the pressure difference is used to push open the main valve. It is suitable for zero pressure difference, vacuum or high pressure environment, but the power is large and it needs to be installed horizontally.
Flexible electrical connection and control methods
Supports a variety of electrical connection forms (individual, centralized), and optional non-contact position detection function to achieve accurate control.
The electromagnetic coil can be rotated 90° for replacement, making maintenance easy; a PWM connector is optional to improve energy efficiency.
Some models support manual emergency switching to ensure system security.
Diverse functions and configurations
Wet electromagnet: AC or DC wet electromagnet is optional, with or without manual button, to adapt to different working conditions.
Reset and centering method: The main valve adopts spring centering, spring return or hydraulic centering and hydraulic return to ensure stable positioning of the valve core.
