Solenoid valve pilot control: WEH type electro-hydraulic reversing valve is a slide valve type reversing valve controlled by solenoid valve as a pilot control, which is used to control the on-off and flow direction of the liquid flow. It is mainly composed of a main valve body, a main valve core, a (or two) return spring with a pilot solenoid with one (or two) solenoid. The main valve core is kept in the intermediate position by means of spring force or hydraulic pressure. The pilot solenoid valve can control the reversal of the main valve.
Various control oil supply and discharge forms:
Spring-to-Chinese three-position four-way reversing valve: The main valve core is kept in the middle position by two springs, and the two spring chambers are connected to the oil tank through a pilot solenoid valve. Control oil enters the pilot valve. When the pilot valve is reversing, the pressure oil acts on one end of the main valve core, pushing the main valve core to move and change the direction of the liquid flow; when the solenoid is powered off, the pilot valve core returns to the initial position, and the main valve core returns to the intermediate position under the action of spring force.
Hydraulic pair Chinese style: Pressure oil acts on both end surfaces of the main valve core, and the positioning sleeve keeps the main valve core in the intermediate position. When one end of the main valve core is unloaded, it moves to the working position under pressure at the other end to achieve reversal.
There are four structural forms of the two-position four-way reversing valve: each of which has a return spring reset by spring force; the pilot valve has a return spring to make the guide valve core at the initial position, and the main valve core is reversed by pressure oil; the pilot valve has two solenoids, and there is no return spring in the pilot valve and main valve. The pilot valve core and main valve core are reversed by solenoids and pressure oil respectively; the pilot valve has two solenoids and positioners to make the guide valve core stay in the working position (pulse valve), and the main valve core moves to the corresponding working position under the action of pressure oil, and in the above 2, 3 and 4 structures, they are hydraulically reset, and the main valve core can only be maintained in the working position under the action of pressure.
