The hydraulic system of the unwinder is a core component of the unwinder, which is responsible for driving the key components of the unwinder, such as the shrinking reel, the spindle, and other key components to achieve the smooth and efficient development of the coil material. The following is a detailed introduction to the hydraulic system of the unwinder:

1. System composition

The hydraulic station provides the power source required for the hydraulic system, including hydraulic pumps, motors, fuel tanks, filters, etc.

The hydraulic pump converts mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and is transported to the actuator through pipes.

Actuator rotating cylinder: drives the expansion and contraction of the shrinking reel to achieve tightening and release of the coil material.

Piston: Carry out linear motion under the action of hydraulic oil, driving the wedge-shaped spindle or the expansion and shrinking mandrel to complete mechanical action.

Control component solenoid valve: controls the flow direction of hydraulic oil and determines the extension or retraction of the piston.

Overflow valve: Adjust the high-pressure side pressure of the hydraulic oil circuit to ensure the stability of the system pressure and prevent overload.

Speed regulating valve: controls the flow rate of hydraulic oil and adjusts the movement speed of the piston.

Auxiliary component pressure-resistant oil pipe: connects the hydraulic station and the actuator to convey hydraulic oil.

Seal: Prevent hydraulic oil leakage and ensure system sealing.

2. Working principle

During the expansion process, press the tightening button on the unwinder and the hydraulic station transports hydraulic oil to the rotating cylinder.

The solenoid valve controls the flow direction of the hydraulic oil, pushes the piston outward to expand, and drives the wedge-shaped spindle or the expansion mandrel to increase the diameter of the expansion and shrinking reel.

When the pressure on the high-pressure side of the hydraulic oil circuit reaches the set value, the overflow valve opens and the excess hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank to keep the pressure stable.

When the contraction is pressed, the hydraulic oil flow direction changes, the piston shrinks inward under the action of hydraulic oil, and the diameter of the shrinking drum is reduced.

The hydraulic oil flows back to the oil tank through the return oil pipeline, completing a working cycle.

3. System features

The high-efficiency and stable hydraulic system has high power density and can provide a large driving force to ensure stable operation of the unwinder under heavy load conditions.

The combination of the relief valve and the speed control valve makes the system pressure and flow rate adjustable to meet the processing needs of different specifications of coil materials.

Easy to operate, you can control the movement of the hydraulic system through buttons or handles, and it is simple and intuitive to operate.

The hydraulic station has a self-locking function to ensure the safety and reliability of the unwinding process.

The highly adaptable hydraulic system can be used for the processing of various rolls such as metal, plastic, cardboard, and film.

The shrinking drum adopts a slider-type push-pull expansion structure, with a large shrinkage range (such as Φ460~Φ520mm), which is suitable for coils of different inner diameters.
