S30 check valve is a fluid control element widely used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The following is introduced from its classification, structure, working principle, technical parameters, application fields and usage precautions:

1. Classification and structure

Classified tube connection: such as S30A1.0, S30A0.0 and other models, suitable for threaded oil port connection.

Plate connection: For example, S30A12B1 and other models, it adopts a plate installation method and has a compact structure.

Connection thread: Includes metric (such as M48×2) and imperial (such as 1½″) specifications, suitable for different piping systems.

Structural features Valve body material: Cast iron or steel parts are usually used to ensure strength and pressure resistance.

Valve spool design: adopts a conical spool structure, which is closely matched with the valve seat and has excellent sealing performance.

Spring assembly: Built-in spring provides return force to ensure that the valve core is automatically closed when there is no pressure.

2. Working principle

Forward flow: When fluid flows in from the inlet, pressure overcomes the spring force to push the valve core open, and the fluid flows through the valve port to the outlet.

Reverse cutoff: When the fluid attempts to flow in reverse, the valve core is close to the valve seat under the action of spring force and fluid pressure to prevent return.

Pressure compensation: Some models have pressure compensation function, which can maintain stable flow rate when load changes.

3. Technical parameters

Diameter range 6mm to 30mm (such as S6A to S30A series)

Working pressure can reach 31.5 MPa

Opening pressure is 0.05 MPa, 0.15 MPa, 0.30 MPa, etc.

Temperature range -30℃ to +80℃

Flow range 15 L/min to 400 L/min (different diameters correspond to different flow rates)

Connection method tube type, plate type, threaded connection (metric/ind)

IV. Application areas

The hydraulic system prevents the reverse flow of oil and protects the hydraulic pump and system components.

It is used as a backpressure valve at the outlet of the pump to maintain the system pressure stability.

Combined with throttle valves, sequential valves, etc. to form a one-way throttle valve or one-way sequential valve.

The pneumatic system prevents compressed air from flowing in reverse, ensuring the normal operation of the pneumatic components.

Applied to speed and direction control of pneumatic motors, cylinders and other equipment.

Industrial equipment CNC machine tools, aerospace equipment, ceramic factory hydraulic machinery, steel factory hydraulic systems, etc.

Die casting machinery, plastic machinery, blow molding machine equipment, paper mill hydraulic accessories and oil field equipment.

5. Precautions for use

The installation direction ensures that the valve body arrow points in line with the direction of fluid flow, and avoid system failure caused by reverse installation.

The normal working pressure should be lower than the rated value to avoid damage to the valve body due to overpressure use.

The flow rate that matches the flow rate through the check valve should be within the allowable range of the diameter to avoid excessive pressure loss.

Maintenance and maintenance Check the working status of the check valve regularly, clean the valve body and valve core, and ensure good sealing performance.

When not in use for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place and maintained regularly.

In special operating conditions, avoid installing the check valve directly at the outlet of hydraulic pumps with weak self-priming capabilities, especially high-pressure vane pumps, plunger pumps, etc.

If it is required to install directly, exhaust measures should be taken to prevent air suction failure.
