S10 check valve is a fluid control element widely used in hydraulic systems. The following is introduced from its structural characteristics, working principles, technical parameters, application fields and precautions:

1. Structural characteristics

Direct-through design: The S10 check valve adopts a straight-through structure, the fluid channel is linear, the fluid resistance is small, and the flow capacity is strong.

Threaded connection: usually an internal threaded connection, which is easy to install on the pipeline, is easy to install and has good sealing.

Conical valve structure: The valve core adopts a conical design, which is closely matched with the valve seat, has excellent sealing performance, and can effectively prevent fluid leakage.

2. Working principle

Forward flow: When fluid flows in from the inlet of the check valve, the fluid pressure overcomes the spring force, pushes the valve core away from the valve seat, and the fluid flows smoothly through the valve port to the outlet.

Reverse cutoff: When the fluid tries to flow in reverse, the valve core is close to the valve seat under the combined action of spring force and fluid pressure, preventing the fluid from flowing back and achieving one-way flow control.

3. Technical parameters

Model ID: 'S10' is the model ID. Different models may correspond to different diameters and pressure levels.

Diameter range: Generally, a variety of diameter specifications are provided, such as S10A1.0, S10A12B (M22×1.5), etc., to meet different flow requirements.

Working pressure: The working pressure can reach 31.5 MPa, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Temperature range: The operating temperature range is usually -30℃ to +80℃, which is suitable for a variety of working environments.

Sealing material: NBR (nitrile rubber) sealing parts are used, which have good oil resistance and wear resistance.

IV. Application areas

Hydraulic system: widely used in hydraulic systems to prevent reverse flow of oil and protect hydraulic pumps and system components.

Construction machinery: In construction machinery such as excavators and cranes, it is used to control the speed and direction of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.

Industrial automation: In automated production lines, it is used to control the one-way flow of fluids to ensure the stable operation of the system.

5. Things to note

Installation direction: During installation, you must know the direction of the inlet and outlet ports to ensure that the direction of the valve body arrow is consistent with the direction of the oil flow.

Working pressure: During normal operation, the working pressure should be lower than the rated value to avoid damage to the valve body due to overpressure use.

Flow matching: The flow rate through the check valve should be within the allowable range of the diameter to avoid excessive pressure loss.

Maintenance: Check the working status of the check valve regularly, clean the valve body and valve core to ensure its normal operation.
