S-type check valve series

Function

The S-type check valve is a directional control valve whose core function is to allow fluid to flow freely in one direction while preventing reverse flow. This feature makes it widely used in scenarios where fluid backflow is required, such as at the pump outlet of a hydraulic system, as a backpressure valve or bypass valve.

Structure and features

Conical valve structure: The S-type check valve adopts a conical valve design, with small pressure loss and fast response speed.

Multiple opening pressures: Five opening pressure options are provided (such as 0.05MPa, 0.15MPa, 0.3MPa, 0.5MPa, etc.), which can be flexibly selected according to system requirements.

Three connection methods: supports tubular, plate and plug-in connections, which are easy to integrate with different piping systems.

High pressure and temperature resistance: The working pressure can reach 31.5MPa, and the working temperature range is -30℃ to +80℃, which is suitable for a variety of harsh working conditions.

Application scenarios

Hydraulic system: prevents oil backflow and protects pumps and system components.

Industrial equipment: As a safety valve or check valve, it ensures one-way flow of fluid.

Throttle valve

Function

A throttle valve is a flow control valve that limits fluid flow or reduces fluid pressure by regulating the opening of the valve port. Its core principle is to use the local resistance generated by the fluid when it passes through a narrow channel to achieve the regulation of flow or pressure.

Structure and features

Simple structure: consists of a valve body, valve spool and drive mechanism, and the cross-sectional area of the runner is changed by rotating or moving the valve spool.

Flow regulation: The valve opening is proportional to the flow rate, which is convenient for precise control.

Pressure drop: When the fluid passes through the throttle valve, the pressure drops significantly, which is suitable for situations where pressure reduction is required.

No feedback function: The throttle valve cannot automatically compensate for load changes, and is suitable for systems with stable load or low requirements for speed stability.

Application scenarios

Hydraulic system: cooperate with the overflow valve to form a throttling speed regulation system (such as oil inlet, oil return or bypass throttling speed regulation).

Industrial process control: used to regulate the flow rate of gas or liquid, such as internal combustion engine throttle, refrigeration system pressure regulation, etc.

Gloss valve

Function

A shut-off valve is a shut-off valve that enables full opening or full closing of the fluid through the lifting and lowering movement of the valve disc. Its design ensures that the fluid can only flow in one direction, and directionality must be paid attention to during installation.

Structure and features

Valve disc structure: The valve disc moves in a straight line along the center line of the valve seat to change the cross-sectional area of the runner.

Sealing performance: The valve disc fits closely with the valve seat to provide a reliable seal to prevent media leakage.

High pressure and temperature resistance: wide operating pressure range (such as 1.6MPa to 42.0MPa), wide operating temperature range (such as -29℃ to +570℃).

Various driving methods: support handwheel, electric, pneumatic and other driving methods to meet different operating needs.

Application scenarios

Petrochemical: Control the flow of crude oil and chemical media.

Energy field: used for fluid control in power plants and refineries.

Building system: Ensure the normal operation of water supply and drainage and fire protection systems.
