The maintenance of the stacked relief valve requires regular inspection, cleaning, pressure adjustment, installation and disassembly specifications, calibration testing, hydraulic oil management, sealing maintenance and operator training. The following are the specific maintenance methods:

1. Regular inspection and cleaning

Regular inspection: It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection every quarter. The inspection includes whether there is oil leakage in the valve body, whether the spring is fatigued or deformed, etc.

Cleaning work: During use, the stacked relief valve is easily blocked by dirt, impurities, etc., affecting its working efficiency. Therefore, the inside and outside of the stacked relief valve should be cleaned regularly to ensure that it is smooth. When cleaning, special cleaning agents for hydraulic systems need to be used to avoid damage to the valve body.

2. Pressure adjustment and calibration

Pressure adjustment: Pressure adjustment of the stacked relief valve is an important part of maintenance work. If the adjustment is too loose, it may cause insufficient system pressure and affect the normal operation of the equipment; if the adjustment is too tight, it may easily cause damage to the relief valve. Users should appropriately adjust the pressure of the stacked relief valve according to the actual needs of the equipment.

Calibration and Testing: Over time, the performance of stacked relief valves may change. Therefore, regular calibration and testing is particularly important. It is recommended to test whether the response speed and pressure setting are normal after each maintenance. If abnormalities are found, they should be adjusted or replaced in time.

3. Installation and disassembly specifications

Installation specifications: When installing the stacked relief valve, ensure that the sealing ring is intact and the fasteners are tightened to a moderate degree to avoid damage to the valve body caused by over-tightening. At the same time, in principle, the superimposed valve should be installed vertically and try to avoid horizontal installation to prevent oil leakage caused by gravity.

Disassembly specifications: When disassembling the stacked relief valve, attention should be paid to the sequence and the integrity of the components. It is best to store various accessories in categories to facilitate subsequent assembly.

4. Hydraulic oil management

Hydraulic oil quality: The quality of hydraulic oil directly affects the service life of the superimposed relief valve. Choosing the right hydraulic oil can not only enhance the sealing of the system, but also effectively reduce wear.

Regular replacement: It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil regularly, usually every 6 months or every 1000 hours of operation. At the same time, ensure that the viscosity and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil meet the manufacturer's recommended standards.

5. Sealing maintenance

Seal inspection: During operation, the stacked relief valve is often impacted by high pressure, which can easily lead to aging and damage of the seals. Therefore, the sealing performance of the stacked relief valve should be checked regularly. If the seal is found to be aging, deformed, or damaged, it should be replaced in time.

Seal surface treatment: When replacing the seal, the seal surface should be cleaned and treated to ensure good contact between the seal and the sealing surface.

6. Operator training

Training content: The professionalism of operators directly affects the operation safety of equipment. Therefore, operators should be trained regularly to enhance their understanding of stacked relief valves and hydraulic systems.

Training effect: Through training, operators can pay more attention to maintenance details in daily operations and be able to detect and deal with problems in a more timely manner.
