MBR backpressure valve is a valve specially designed to control fluid pressure and stabilize system operation. 1. Definition and Function

MBR Back Pressure Regulating Valve is a valve that maintains the set pressure of the system by regulating the valve spool opening. Its main functions include:

Pressure stability: prevents system pressure fluctuations from affecting equipment or process.

Flow control: Accurate flow control by adjusting back pressure.

Equipment protection: Avoid damage to pipes, pump bodies or instruments due to excessive pressure.

2. Working principle

MBR backpressure valve works based on the principle of spring force balance:

Pressure setting: Set system pressure by adjusting the spring preload.

Pressure regulation: When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the valve core is closed; when the pressure exceeds the set value, the valve core is opened, the fluid is discharged through the valve, and the pressure drops to the set value and automatically closes.

Feedback control: Real-time monitoring of system pressure through pressure sensors and dynamically adjust the valve core opening.

3. Technical characteristics

High-precision control: wide pressure adjustment range (such as 0-1.6MPa), with an accuracy of up to ±1%.

Suitable for low flow to large flow conditions (such as DN15-DN200 caliber).

Corrosion-resistant materials: The valve body material can be selected from 304/316L stainless steel, UPVC, CPVC, PVDF, etc., which is suitable for corrosive media such as acid and alkali, organic solvents.

The seals are made of EPDM, PTFE, etc. to ensure long-term sealing performance.

Temperature adaptability: Wide operating temperature range (-196℃ to +200℃), meeting the needs of high or low temperature operating conditions.
