The 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic directional valve is a composite product of an electromagnetic directional valve and a hydraulically controlled directional valve. Its core advantages are reflected in six aspects: high flow control capability, fast response and high reliability, compact structure and modular design, flexible control method, adaptability to complex working conditions, long life and low maintenance, as follows:

1. High flow control capability

The 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic reversing valve is specially designed for hydraulic systems where the flow rate exceeds the normal working range of the electromagnetic reversing valve. Its flow rate can reach 1100L/min, and it can efficiently control the flow direction of large-flow hydraulic oil. For example, in equipment such as steel rolling mills and injection molding machines that require large-flow hydraulic drive, this valve can ensure that actuators (such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors) receive stable and sufficient hydraulic power to avoid slow action or stuck problems caused by insufficient flow.

2. Quick response and high reliability

Electromagnetic pilot control: Quickly switch the pilot oil circuit through the solenoid valve to achieve millisecond-level response of the main spool. For example, in the traveling system of construction machinery, the valve can complete direction change within 0.1 seconds, ensuring rapid start or stop of the equipment and improving operational safety.

Double seal design: The main valve core adopts a double-lip sealing structure, combined with high-precision processing (such as the matching gap between the valve core and the valve body is controlled at 0.002-0.003mm), the internal leakage is extremely low (≤5ml/min), and it can maintain stable performance even under high pressure (such as 35MPa) and reduce energy loss.

3. Compact structure and modular design

Plate connection: complies with DIN24340A standard and can be directly installed on the hydraulic manifold, saving space and simplifying the pipeline layout. For example, in the hydraulic station of an automated production line, this valve can be integrated with other valves (such as relief valves and throttle valves) to reduce the floor space by more than 30%.

Modular expansion: supports a variety of additional devices (such as reversing time regulator, main valve stroke regulator, end position indicator), and can be flexibly configured according to working conditions. For example, in the mold opening and closing system of an injection molding machine, by installing a stroke regulator, the mold opening and closing speed can be accurately controlled and the product molding quality can be improved.

4. Flexible control method

Internal control and external control:

Internal control: The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve is used to drive the pilot valve, which is suitable for scenarios where the system pressure is stable and the number of electro-hydraulic valves is small (such as small punch presses).

External control: The pilot valve is supplied through an independent oil source, which is suitable for scenarios where the system pressure fluctuates greatly or requires centralized control (such as large die-casting machines).

Control oil return form: The pilot valve control oil return port is led separately and returns directly to the oil tank to avoid oil return from interfering with the performance of the main valve and improve system stability.

5. Adapt to complex working conditions

Pollution-resistant design: The gap between the valve core shoulder and the inner wall of the valve body is controlled at about 0.002mm. In line with the 20μm level filtration accuracy requirement, it can effectively block the entry of impurities and extend the service life. For example, in the hydraulic system of mining machinery, this valve can operate stably in the environment of hydraulic oil containing many impurities, reducing the failure rate by 50%.

High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: Using high-strength materials (such as GCr15SiMn bearing steel) and special surface treatments (such as nickel plating for anti-corrosion), it can adapt to high temperature (≤150℃), high humidity or corrosive media environments. For example, in the hydraulic system of offshore platforms, the valve can resist salt spray corrosion and has a service life of more than 10 years.

6. Long life and low maintenance

Self-lubricating design: The main valve core is coated with solid lubricant (such as MoS₂) to reduce the friction coefficient (μ≤0.05) and reduce wear. For example, in a continuously operating injection molding machine, the valve can work continuously for 20,000 hours without replacement, reducing maintenance costs by 40%.

Standardization of wearing parts: Wearing parts such as sealing rings and springs adopt common specifications, making them easy to replace and shortening downtime. For example, in an automobile production line, maintenance personnel can complete the replacement of sealing rings and restore equipment operation within 10 minutes.
