The installation method of the superimposed hydraulic control check valve is as follows:
Basic preparation
Ensure that the installation environment is dry, dust-free and well-ventilated, provide stable foundation support, and reserve enough space for subsequent maintenance and inspection.
Prepare wrenches, screwdrivers, seals and other tools, check the appearance of the valve body for damage or rust, and clean the interior and connecting pipes of impurities.
Component Validation and Cleaning
Confirm that the valve body specifications and models meet the design requirements, and check that the nameplate parameters match the system.
Clean the pipe section at the installation location to ensure that the surface is smooth and free of rust to prevent impurities from affecting the sealing.
Direction and location determined
Select the installation location according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system and ensure that the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow mark on the valve body.
The superimposed hydraulic control check valve must be placed on the bottom layer (close to the base plate) to prevent pressure maintenance failure.
Overlay installation and bolt fixing
Place the O-ring side of the stacked valve toward the base plate to ensure that the oil holes are aligned without misalignment.
Use grade 12.9 high-strength extension bolts to penetrate all valve bodies, pre-tighten them in diagonal order, and finally tighten them to the specified torque (for example, M10 bolts are about 80-100 N·m).
Electrical and plumbing connections
When the electromagnetic reversing valves are stacked, the coils must be installed vertically upward or horizontally to avoid jamming caused by inversion, and reserve space for electrical wiring to prevent cable bending and compression.
When connecting pipes, pay attention to matching the interface size and pressure level, and use correct tools to ensure tightness and stability.
Debugging and testing
After the installation is completed, check the opening and closing flexibility and leakage of the valve, and observe the working status through system testing.
If problems are found, promptly adjust the opening of the throttle valve or repair the seal to ensure that the valve operates normally.
