The use of single-head solenoid reversing valve mainly includes steps such as installation, power connection, function inspection and manual operation, as follows:

  1. Install:

    • The axis of the electromagnetic reversing valve must be installed in the horizontal direction, and installation in the vertical direction may cause abnormal reversal or reset.

    • The surface of the installation base plate should be ground to ensure that the flatness meets the requirements and avoids protrusions.

    • The mounting screws should not be too loose, otherwise oil leakage may occur at the junction between the plate-type connection solenoid reversing valve and the bottom plate.

    • Check whether the oil chamber pressure at both ends of the solenoid valve is too high. If the oil drain or oil return pipes of multiple solenoid valves are connected together, the back pressure should be too high, they should be connected to the oil tank separately.

  2. Power connection:

    • Before use, confirm the power type and rated voltage of the solenoid on the solenoid valve and connect the power supply as required.

    • The solenoid should be consistent with the control power supply parameters, otherwise it may cause the reversing valve to fail to work properly or burn the solenoid.

  3. Functional check:

    • Check whether the slide valve function of the solenoid valve meets the requirements. The solenoid valve may have the difference between formal and reverse installation when leaving the factory. When using it, make sure that the slide valve function is consistent with the requirements.

    • Ensure that the cleanliness of the oil meets the requirements. The fitting gap between the valve core of the solenoid valve and the valve body hole is small, and impurities entering may cause the valve core to become stuck.

    • Do not cause the return oil port pressure of the solenoid valve to exceed the allowable return oil back pressure to avoid affecting the reversing and reset performance.

    • For double solenoid solenoid valves, do not energize the two solenoids at the same time, otherwise it may cause the coil to heat and burn out or the valve core position to be unfixed, causing the system to malfunction.

  4. Manual operation:

    • Solenoid reversing valves are usually equipped with manual buttons. When the solenoid is not powered on, the valve position can be switched through the manual button.

    • When manually operating, gently press the button to move the spool to the desired position.
