The use of electromagnetic reversing valves mainly includes the following aspects:

Power connection: Before use, confirm the power type and rated voltage used by the solenoid on the solenoid valve, and connect the power supply as required. The solenoid is divided into DC or AC, so the control power supply parameters must be consistent with the solenoid valve, otherwise the reversing valve may not work properly or the solenoid is burned.

Slide valve function inspection: Solenoid valves have multiple slide valve functions, and there are differences between formal and reverse installation when leaving the factory. When using it, check whether the slide valve function meets the requirements to avoid affecting the normal operation of the system.

Oil cleanliness: Ensure that the cleanliness of the oil meets the requirements. Since the fitting gap between the valve core of the solenoid valve and the valve body hole is small, impurities may cause the valve core to be stuck, so the filtration accuracy of the oil must be strictly controlled.

Oil return port pressure: Note that the pressure of the solenoid valve oil return port T should not exceed the allowable oil return back pressure. For example, an electromagnetic reversing valve with a rated pressure of 21MPa and 31.5MPa has the allowable back pressure of return oil at the return port T of the oil port T is usually 6.3-7.0MPa. Exceeding this value will affect the reversing and reset performance.

Avoid simultaneous power-on: For dual solenoid solenoid valves, do not energize both solenoids at the same time, otherwise it may cause the coil to heat or even burn out, or cause malfunction of the system. The two solenoids should be ensured to be interlocked in power to avoid simultaneous power.

Installation and maintenance:

During installation, the axis of the electromagnetic reversing valve should be installed in a horizontal direction to avoid abnormal reversal or resetting caused by vertical installation.

Check whether the oil drain or oil return chamber pressure is too high. If the oil drain or oil return pipes of multiple solenoid valves are connected together, the back pressure should be too high, and the oil return tank should be connected separately.

The surface of the installation base plate should be ground to ensure flatness and must not be raised.

The mounting screws should not be too loose, otherwise it may cause oil leakage at the junction between the plate-type connection solenoid reversing valve and the bottom plate.

Operation and control: The electromagnetic reversing valve can be controlled through signals sent by push button switches, stroke switches, limit switches, pressure relays, etc. It is light in operation and easy to achieve automation.
