Install

Select the installation position: There are many installation positions for the 4WE10 solenoid reversing valve, which need to be determined based on the actual hydraulic system layout and space requirements. For example, in terms of ambient temperature, when sealed with nitrile rubber, the ambient temperature is -30 to +50°C; when sealed with fluoroelastic rubber, the ambient temperature is -20 to +50°C.

Connecting oil circuit: The 4WE10 solenoid reversing valve has oil inlet P, two working oil ports A, B and oil return port T. It is necessary to correctly connect each oil port according to the design requirements of the hydraulic system to ensure the oil circuit is unobstructed and avoid leakage or connection errors.

Power-on and power-off control: This solenoid reversing valve uses the solenoid suction force to push the valve core to change the working position of the valve. When the solenoid is turned on, the control valve core will move from the stationary position to the desired end position, releasing the corresponding flow direction; after the solenoid is closed, the control valve core will be pushed back to the middle or initial position (except valves with positioning'OF' and valves without spring type'O'). For example, in some hydraulic systems, the on-power of the solenoid is controlled by signals sent by push button switches, stroke switches, limit switches, pressure relays, etc., thereby realizing the switching of the valve core position.

Manual switching (if required): Part 4WE10 solenoid reversing valve can be manually switched without a magnet power through auxiliary drive, which can be used in debugging or special cases.

Regular inspection: Regularly check whether the appearance of the solenoid reversing valve is damaged, leaked, etc., check the working status of the solenoid to ensure its normal suction and release.

Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the solenoid reversing valve and its surrounding environment clean to prevent impurities from entering the valve and affecting its normal operation. Clean the valve regularly and replace the seals and other wearable parts to ensure the sealing performance of the valve.
