HY-H series overflow valve

The HY-H series relief valve is a specialized unloading type relief valve in hydraulic systems. It can maintain system pressure while allowing the main pump to operate at low pressure and no load, greatly reducing useless power consumption.

Core technical parameters

The nominal diameter is divided into two main series: 10mm and 20mm. The 10 series has a rated flow rate of about 40-100L/min, while the 20 series can reach 150-200L/min.

The maximum working pressure can reach 31.5MPa, and the pressure regulation range covers 0.5~31.5MPa. The spring adjustment range corresponding to the stiffness can be selected according to different working conditions.

The applicable working oil temperature is -20 ℃ to+80 ℃, suitable for mineral based hydraulic oil, recommended oil viscosity range is 15-400cSt, and the installation form is standard plate connection.
