1. Product Features

The pressure compensation function automatically compensates the impact of load changes on the flow rate through the series combination of a fixed-difference pressure reducing valve and a throttle valve, so that the pressure difference between the front and rear of the throttle valve remains constant.

When the load increases, the pressure reducing valve automatically adjusts to increase the inlet pressure of the throttle valve to maintain stable flow; when the load decreases, the pressure reducing valve reduces the inlet pressure accordingly to ensure that the flow remains unchanged.

Flow stability When the load changes, the flow rate through the speed control valve is kept constant through the pressure compensation mechanism to avoid speed instability caused by load fluctuations.

Structure and working principle structure: consists of valve body, pressure reducing valve spool, pressure reducing valve spring, throttle valve spool, throttle valve spring, adjustment rod and speed control handle.

Working principle: Pressure oil enters from the oil inlet, and then enters the throttle valve after being reduced through the pressure reducing valve, and then throttles through the axial triangular groove of the throttle valve and flows out. Turning the speed control handle can adjust the position of the throttle valve spool, thereby changing the flow rate.
