DR10-5X DR20-5X Pilot Pressure Reducing Valve
The DR10-5X and DR20-5X pilot pressure reducing valves are commonly used pressure control elements in industrial hydraulic systems, mainly used to reduce and stabilize higher inlet pressures to the required outlet pressure. The following is introduced from the aspects of product characteristics, working principles, application scenarios and selection precautions:
1. Product Features
The pilot structure controls the opening and closing of the main valve core through a pilot valve to achieve pressure regulation.
Compared with the direct-acting pressure reducing valve, the pilot structure has higher pressure control accuracy and greater flow capacity.
High-precision pressure adjustment can achieve precise pressure control and low outlet pressure fluctuations.
Suitable for situations where stable pressure is required, such as hydraulic systems, lubrication systems, etc.
The high flow capacity DR20-5X series has greater flow capacity than the DR10-5X series and is suitable for higher flow occasions.
Various pressure ranges provide different pressure adjustment ranges, and users can choose the appropriate model according to actual needs.
The high-pressure resistant design is suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems, and the working pressure can reach 31.5MPa (refer to the product manual for specific parameters).
Good sealing performance uses high-quality sealing materials to ensure no leakage and is suitable for occasions where sealing requirements are high.
2. Working principle
Pressure regulation Process When the inlet pressure acts on the pressure reducing valve, the pilot valve feels the pressure and starts to adjust.
If the outlet pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve closes, the main valve core opens under the action of the spring, and the inlet pressure is transmitted to the outlet through the main valve core.
If the outlet pressure reaches the set value, the pilot valve is opened and the main valve core is closed under the pressure difference, limiting the outlet pressure to continue to rise.
The outlet pressure of the feedback mechanism acts on the pilot valve through the feedback channel to form a closed loop control to ensure the stability of the outlet pressure.
Dynamic balancing When the system pressure fluctuates, the pilot valve and the main valve core work together to dynamically adjust the opening size to maintain the stability of the outlet pressure.
III. Application scenarios
The hydraulic system is used to control the working pressure of actuators such as hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.
Suitable for engineering machinery, metallurgical equipment, plastic machinery, etc.
The lubrication system provides stable lubrication pressure for bearings, gears and other components.
Some models of pneumatic systems can also be used in pneumatic systems to provide stable air pressure.
Test equipment is used to provide a stable pressure source in hydraulic test benches and pressure verification equipment.
