1. Composition and function

The hydraulic control unit includes a speed control unit and a turbine blade control unit, which realizes precise control of hydraulic oil through electro-hydraulic servo valves, electric solenoid valves, quick-closing solenoid valves, etc.

Function: Adjust the flow rate and pressure of hydraulic oil, control the feed speed and sawing force of the sawing machine spindle.

The servo cylinder adopts a double piston rod structure, with low friction and good sealing performance, ensuring the smooth movement of the saw machine.

Function: convert hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, driving the movement of the saw machine spindle and saw blade.

The power oil station consists of a fuel tank, variable oil pump, oil filter, cooler, pipeline valve, etc., providing a stable hydraulic power source.

Function: Store, filter and cool hydraulic oil to ensure long-term and stable operation of the hydraulic system.

2. Working principle

Command signal input: The automatic control system issues command signal, and compares it with the actual position signal of the servo cylinder to form an error signal.

Error signal amplification: After the error signal is amplified by the servo controller, it is sent to the electro-hydraulic servo valve.

Hydraulic oil flow control: The electro-hydraulic servo valve converts the electrical signal into hydraulic oil flow in proportion to promote the movement of the servo cylinder.

Position feedback and adjustment: The position sensor feedbacks the cylinder position signal in real time until it is equal to the command signal, the cylinder stops moving and the sawing machine stops at the designated position.

3. Application advantages

High-precision control: Through the electro-hydraulic servo control system, precise adjustment of sawing speed and feeding amount is achieved, and processing accuracy is improved.

High efficiency: The hydraulic transmission system has high power transmission efficiency, meeting the processing needs of high-speed and heavy loads of saw machines.

4. Maintenance and maintenance

Regular inspection: Check the sealing of the valve block set, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and the oil level to prevent leakage and contamination.

Replace hydraulic oil: Change the hydraulic oil regularly according to the use situation to ensure the lubrication and cooling effect of the hydraulic system.

Cleaning filter element: Clean or replace the filter element regularly to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system and affecting the normal operation of the valve block group.

Calibrate sensors: Calibrate the position sensor regularly to ensure the accuracy of the feedback signal.

5. Common faults and troubleshooting

Performance degradation: The fitting gap between the valve block assembly hole and the rod is too large, resulting in a decrease in control accuracy. Exclusion method: Replace the worn valve core or valve sleeve and adjust the fitting clearance.

Dynamic seal wear: The seal is aging or damaged, resulting in hydraulic oil leakage. Exclusion method: Replace the seal and check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil.

Control panel shoulder wear: The inside of the valve block group affects the flow direction and pressure of the hydraulic oil. Exclusion method: Repair or replace worn shoulders to ensure normal flow of hydraulic oil.

Cavitation phenomenon: Air is mixed into the hydraulic oil, causing cavitation inside the valve block group. Exclusion method: Check the sealing of the hydraulic system, remove air, and replace the contaminated hydraulic oil.
