The superimposed relief valve is a hydraulic control element that combines the overflow function with a modular design. It simplifies the system structure and improves integration through superimposed installation. It is widely used in hydraulic systems that require precise pressure control and high reliability. The following are its core application scope and industry segments:

1. Core application areas

1. Industrial hydraulic equipment

Injection molding machine: Application scenario: Control the pressure of the hydraulic system to prevent the mold from being damaged due to excessive pressure, and at the same time stabilize the pressure output in the injection, pressure holding, cooling and other stages.

Advantages: The superimposed design saves installation space, quickly responds to pressure changes (response time < 50ms), and adapts to high-frequency pressure switching needs.

Die casting machine: Application scenario: When metal liquid is injected into the mold, the mold clamping force is maintained through the overflow valve to avoid flashing or mold cracking.

Advantages: High-precision pressure regulation (±1%FS), supports multi-stage pressure control (such as fast pressure, slow pressure, and boosting stages).

Hydraulic press: Application scenario: In forging, stamping, stretching and other processes, limit system pressure and protect the equipment from overload damage.

Advantages: The superimposed valve group can be flexibly combined to achieve pressure-flow compound control and improve processing accuracy.

2. Engineering machinery

Excavator: Application scenario: Control the hydraulic cylinder pressure of actuators such as boom, stick, bucket, etc. to prevent the system pressure from soaring due to sudden load changes.

Advantages: Strong anti-pollution ability (filter element accuracy 10μm), adapting to harsh working conditions in the field; superimposed structure is easy to maintain and replace.

Loader: Application scenario: When lifting or flipping the bucket body, the working pressure is limited through the overflow valve to extend the life of the hydraulic pump.

Advantages: Integrated pressure compensation function to reduce the impact of load changes on operating speed.

Crane: Application scenario: During amplitude change, rotation, lifting and other actions, prevent safety accidents from occurring due to overpressure of the hydraulic system.

Advantages: Supports remote pressure adjustment (controlled by solenoid valve) to meet automated operation needs.

3. Automated production line

Robot: Application scenario: In the joint drive of industrial robots, control the hydraulic motor pressure to ensure smooth movement and repeat positioning accuracy.

Advantages: The superimposed valve group can be integrated with proportional valves and servo valves to achieve pressure-position closed-loop control.

CNC machine tool: Application scenario: In hydraulic chucks, tailstocks and other components, maintain the clamping force to prevent the workpiece from loosening or deforming.

Advantages: Low leakage design (internal leakage amount <0.5cm³/min), reducing energy loss.

Packaging machinery: Application scenario: In plastic film heat sealing, carton molding and other processes, control the hydraulic cylinder pressure to ensure the sealing quality.

Wind power pitch system: Application scenario: In the hydraulically driven pitch mechanism, limit the system pressure and prevent the blade from being overloaded and damaged.

Advantages: Low temperature resistance design (-40℃~+80℃), adapting to extreme climatic conditions.

Garbage compression vehicle: Application scenario: During the garbage compression process, the compression cylinder pressure is controlled through the overflow valve to avoid damage to the equipment structure.

Advantages: High backpressure tolerance (can withstand 35MPa backpressure), adapting to heavy-load conditions.

Sewage treatment equipment: Application scenario: In hydraulically driven sludge pumps and agitators, maintain the system pressure stability and prevent pipeline blockage.

Advantages: Anticorrosion coating design (such as nickel plating, Teflon coating) extends service life.

2. Typical craft scenes

1. Pressure protection and pressure limit

Application: Install a superimposed relief valve at the outlet of the hydraulic pump or the inlet of the actuator to prevent the system from overloading, blocking or misoperation from pressure exceeding the safety value.

Advantages: It is directly superimposed on the main valve block to reduce pipeline connections and reduce leakage risk; fast response speed (<30ms), effectively protecting the equipment.

2. Multi-stage pressure control

Application: Switch the pressure regulating spring of the superimposed relief valve through the solenoid valve, and realize multi-stage adjustment of system pressure (such as 2nd and 3rd levels).

Advantages: No additional installation of multiple relief valves, saving space and cost; smooth pressure switching, reducing impact.

3. Remote pressure regulation and unloading

Application: In the remote control circuit, the superimposed relief valve is used to cooperate with the solenoid reversing valve to achieve remote adjustment or unloading of the system pressure.

Advantages: The pressure regulation range is wide (0~35MPa), which meets the needs of different working conditions; the unloading pressure is low (<0.5MPa), and the energy-saving effect is significant.

4. Sequential action control

Application: In the multi-actuator hydraulic system, the action sequence of each actuator is controlled by combining a superposition relief valve with a sequential valve and a pressure reducing valve.

Advantages: Modular design simplifies system complexity; accurate pressure setting and avoids action interference.
