Environmental adaptability temperature and medium: Select sealing materials (such as NBR, FKM) according to the operating temperature (-40℃ to +120℃) and medium type (mineral oil, water-based hydraulic oil).

Installation and maintenance installation direction: Pay attention to the installation direction of the oil port and the electrical interface to avoid misoperation.

Maintenance cycle: Regularly replace seals and lubricating oil to extend service life.

7. Typical cases

Case 1: Injection mold clamping control requirements: high voltage (28MPa), large flow (1100L/min), fast response (≤50ms).

Solution: 4WEH series solenoid reversing valve is adopted to achieve efficient switching between mold clamping and mold opening.
