Example: ZDB10VP2-L4X/20 can be combined with other Hengli Lixin L4X series valves to quickly build complex hydraulic systems.

Multi-stage pressure regulation

It supports 4 pressure levels (such as 50/100/200/315bar) and 6 oil circuit options, and can achieve stepless pressure adjustment through the knob or adjusting bolt with a protective cap.

Applicable scenarios: Working conditions that require frequent pressure switching (such as the pressure maintaining and mold opening stages of an injection molding machine).

High response sensitivity

The pilot-operated structure quickly balances pressure through the orifice and poppet valve core to ensure that the system pressure fluctuation is less than ±1%.

Environmentally resistant design

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the sealing material is compatible with mineral oil, water glycol and other media. The operating temperature range covers -20°C to 80°C.

Anti-corrosion options: Viton seals are suitable for phosphate ester-based flame-retardant hydraulic oils, extending the life of valves in chemical equipment.
