The 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic directional valve is a spool-type directional valve controlled by a solenoid valve as a pilot. It has a series of significant characteristics. 1. Structural characteristics

Plate connection: 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic directional valve adopts plate connection, and its connection size complies with DIN24340A and ISO4401 standards, making it easy to install and replace.

Core components: The valve is mainly composed of a main valve body, a main valve core, one or two return springs, and a pilot solenoid valve with one or two electromagnets. The main valve core is held in the middle position by spring force or hydraulic pressure, and the pilot solenoid valve controls the direction of the main valve.

2. Performance characteristics

High reliability: 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic directional valve has high reliability and can work stably under various harsh working conditions.

Fast reversing response: The valve has fast reversing response and sensitive response, and can meet the needs of high-speed automated production lines.

Good sealing performance: The valve has good sealing performance and low internal leakage, which helps to maintain stable system pressure.

Strong pressure resistance: Some models, such as the 4WEH10 series, have higher pressure resistance and work efficiency, and are suitable for heavy-duty machinery and equipment.

3. Characteristics of control methods

Multiple control methods: 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic directional valve has multiple control methods, including electro-hydraulic operation and hydraulic operation. Electro-hydraulic operation controls the reversal of the main valve through a solenoid valve, while hydraulic operation directly uses the pressure of hydraulic oil to control the reversal of the main valve.

Internal control and external control: The control form of this valve is divided into internal control and external control. Internal control uses the pressure oil entering the main valve to directly supply the upper pilot valve for internal control; external control uses a specially designed oil source in the system to supply the upper pilot valve for external control.

4. Additional device characteristics

Rich additional devices: 4WEH16 electro-hydraulic reversing valve has many different performances and additional devices to choose from, such as with or without reversing time regulator, with or without main valve stroke regulator, with or without main valve core end position indicator, with or without main valve end position switch, etc.

Dampers and pressure reducing valves can be installed: A pre-pressure valve can be installed in the main valve, and an insert damper can be installed to limit the flow into the valve. When the working pressure exceeds 25MPa, a pressure reducing valve can be installed to ensure system safety.

5. Application field characteristics
